Foundation (basic) Anti-Corruption Education and Training

Development of sector-specific or institutional focused anti-corruption measures, policies and internal guidelines to curb corruption.To assist organizations and institutions to proactively curb corruption in the work place and business, we render various services including the development and implementation of the following:

 

  1. Sector-specific anti-corruption policies addressing how to deal with the hot spots of all different kinds of corruption including among others, managing conflict of interest, bribery, receipt of gifts as disguised bribes and facilitation payment, etc.
  2. Internal institutional anti-corruption measures (frameworks)
  3. Capacity development for employees, managers, directors and leaders as well as employers on the use and implementation of sector-specific anti-corruption policies and internal institutional anti-corruption measures.

      In addition to these services, we also perform corruption risk assessment to assist organizations to determine loopholes in their institutional frameworks and systems so that tailor-made solutions are provided to prevent corruption from occurring using pro-active strategies. These services are offered mainly with the objective, to foster transparency, ethics, integrity, accountability and good governance in order to promote sustainable development.

Provision of capacity development opportunities to provide applied knowledge and skills on good governance, anti-corruption measures, policies and internal guidelines to curb corruption, which include both generic and tailor-made trainings. Training involves the acquisition of the applied knowledge and technical skills required to improve individual and organizational performance in the workplace, invariably in relation to specific roles or functions. In terms of impact, education would look for longer-term benefits and impact while training can be judged more immediately by what the person does once trained.
