Our Mission
To provide on-the-job capacity development services which build human resources and organizational capacity in good governance, corruption prevention and other multidisciplinary fields through rendering policy advice, development and training directed at institutional effectiveness and enhancement of the knowledge and skills of employees and leaders of institutions with the aim to promote integrity, ethics, transparency, accountability and responsiveness for sustainable development.

THE CORE OF OUR CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT

We assist NGOs, private, public and development partners’ institutions and individuals to prevent corruption in the workplace through the development and implementation of smart internal institutional frameworks, policies and training programs to ensure that the institutions are prepared to proactively manage and prevent corruption effectively. Through our Anti-Corruption Education and Training services, we provide capacity development for leaders, managers, supervisors and all employees of institutions, to both impart new and strengthen existing knowledge, ability and skills to promote good governance and sound principled leadership.
